Practical Small Knife Skills 1 & 2

Day 1

Practical Small Knife Skills – Seminar outlines an effective structure for utilizing a knife or knife-like object for personal defense. This course follows a non-attribute based learning model presenting attendees with a methodology applicable to conventional edged tools and improvised knife-like objects. A solid grounding in safety and fundamentals of knife application are presented. A heavy emphasis is placed upon the attendee’s ability to access, deploy and manipulate the knife while multi-tasking or under the stress of close range confrontation.

Practical Small Knife Skills 2 – Core skill sets presented in PSKS1 are reviewed. New material focuses on counter knife skills and ranged accesing then knife vs. knife instruction and drills to develop speed, reaction, timing, power and tactics.

Equipment List:
